Please make certain your domain whois/contact information is correct and up to date. You can do this in the Domain Manager on the Contact tab for the domain. If it's missing any information we cannot turn on privacy. So all information must be complete so that we can update the whois to have privacy.
There is no cost to .UK domain privacy.
